Does anyone remember the STUPAK AMENDMENT? Gee, whatever happened to that?
But when has Barack Obama EVER kept any of his promises? -other than his wish to fundamentally transform our nation; a nation that needed no such transformation in the first place.
Of course, anyone with even a marginal knowledge of world history knows that Marxists are liars; and how they ALWAYS renege on ANY promises; which in this case regards abortion, and the millions of children eventually to be murdered - buried within the 2700 dark pages of the Obamacare law.
Examine any nation where the Marxists sieze power: do they not come after the Churches first? – as they always do.
But through the years, little did the Catholic hierarchy realize how far to the left many of its priests, monsignors and bishops had migrated, since this movement toward Marxism had evolved so slowly, it had "flown under the radar."
Yes indeed, oh-so-slowly but inevitably, what many priests and nuns in the United States have done over the past fifty years is to specifically and consciously ally themselves with leftists in the government - seeking "social/economic justice" - forming this alliance in order to bring about a system; whereby the government could take over charitable services that the Church once provided: most notably caring for the elderly, the poor and the sick.
Ergo, care of the poor was laid off on the government under the guise of “welfare”. The care of the elderly was laid off on the government under the guise of “Social Security”. The care of the sick was laid off on the government under the guise of “Medicare”, and "Medicaid."
And finally, the coup de grace, “Obamacare”. The Church would continue to provide healthcare, but instead of tapping the Church’s own coffers when an indigent needed care, the Church would simply bill the Federal Government.
And now, its payback time. The Marxists are cashing in their chits. Meanwhile, where are all those easily-duped bishops, who only 24 months ago, we're going around, clamoring to their dioceses..."health care is a right! Health care is a right!"
But now, are they not finding out that Obamacare is tyranny; and communism in its purest form? After all, if the government can control one's healthcare, what aspect of our lives can they NOT control? - even to the point where Obama now demands Catholic organizations provide free contraception and abortions to its employees, ON DEMAND.
The fact that Marxist Obama has now openly turned on the bishops is confirmation to EVERYONE, Catholic, Protestant, Jew, Atheist, that we are absolutely, positively in the end-game stage, where the Constitution no longer matters.
Of course, many dumbed-down Americans don't see it that way. To them, everything seems mostly the same.
Hence, they take umbrage at calling Obama a commie-Marxist, because...well because its just not POSSIBLE that the President of the United States could ever be a communist; let alone be out to destroy America's capitalist economy.
They just can't possibly VISUALIZE a death panel, manned by faceless, atheist bureacrats; who would deny grandma a hip replacement; or grandpa a heart-valve job, just because they were too old.
After all; is it not only the communist countries who would be so callous as to DENY a quality-of-life operation to someone, just becaause it's too expensive? Just give them their jar of pain pills - letting them to crawl off somewhere to die.
America has always been a country where life is highly-valued. And Catholicism has always stood for life. But communism thinks of life as cheap; a mere commodity - promoting a culture of death.
So prepare America: prepare for the culture shock of Obamacare; because it's coming to a hospital or med-center near you. And come 2013, you will recoil in horror at the frightening changes that may befall you - literally overnight!
Just recall the events leading up to Obamacare's passage: was there any limit to all the false promises made by our beloved Liar-in- Chief? Obamacare would cut the deficit. It would lower the cost-curve for medical care. It would create jobs. You could keep your policy. Keep your doctor.
It would do almost everything; except walk the dog, and cut the lawn. Obama had promised utopia, in the form of heathcare reform for all!
But still, the anti-abortion "Stupak 10," Catholics all, held sway over the entire House of Representatives- refusing to budge on the language; until Obama vowed no abortions would be covered with federal dollars, in the form of his executive order.
But as Bart Stupak, and now the Catholic bishops have found out, making a deal with Obama is like dealing with the devil himself.
