Allright enough: it's time we all stop this illusion, and clear away the abba-cadabra of Barack Obama. Yes, we must clear away the media facade surrounding him...clear away the beguiling oratory of his eloquent double-speak....clear away the veneer of his hollow sincerity; and clear away the people's trust in a man, who is so shallow and bereft of principles, that no one who firmly supports him, can actually say why.
In the history of American politics, never has a man gotten so far by revealing so little. His meteoric rise is a remarkable convergence of media disinformation, and the artful mastery of internet politics. He deflects all revelations of his shadowy past; aided and abetted by the political autism of an unsuspecting electorate, who, when confronted by the truth, doesn't want to be confused by facts. Obama stands not for America, but for himself. And the proof lies not only in what this esoteric man has done, but even more so, by what he's hiding.
Obama lacks valid proof of his citizenship. He has hidden all his past. His birth certificate from Hawaii has been forged. His Kenyan grandmother claims to have witnessed his birth in Africa. He speaks nothing of his college activities. No transcripts of his grades exist. He provides no information of anything, and refuses to even name any close collegiate friends. His thesis cannot be located. His credentials have never been challenged. Who is he?
There's no records of his agenda as an Illinois state senator (1997 to 2004). Obama claims that they were "thrown out". No record exists of his individual client billings at the law offices where he worked . He claims these were "lost". His legal work centered around representation for ACORN, Tony Rezko, and Mayor Richard Daley's office, but nothing can be verified.
In January 2005, at an assembly of the Congressional Black Caucus, Obama was ceremoniously sworn-in as a new U.S. Senator, before a meeting with Fannie Mae. Afterwards, Obama forced himself to accept a $126,000 campaign contribution from Fannie Mae CEO, Howard Mudd (who was named appropriately). Was this hush money? Ah yes, Barack had discovered that once you're in Congress, silence indeed can be golden.
Barack Obama has campaigned as a reformer for health care for everyone, and for ending all prejudice against those with pre-existing conditions. But few Americans realize the blatant hypocricy that he and his wife have displayed toward the very individuals who have demonstrated the most need.
Mrs. Obama worked for the University of Chicago hospital as a "community outreach director". Her job was to steer uninsured poor people away from the hospital's emergency room, and literally dump them on neighboring medical facilities. In street parlance, she worked there as a bouncer, so that only affluent, well-insured patients were admitted.
Michelle Obama's salary at the time Senator Obama was sworn in (Jan 2005) was $121,910. In March 2005, she was promoted to "vice president for external affairs", and had her annual salary tripled to 316,962. Co-incidentally, just eight months later, Senator Obama obtained a one million-dollar earmark for the hospital to construct a new pavilion.
And curiously, Senator Obama has yet to discuss in detail the provisions of his 'pet project'...the Global Poverty Act (co-sponsored by him in Senate committee in 2007). If passed, we annually give O.7% of our national gross domestic product (currently 60 billion), for distribution to poor countries.
Yes; once elected, Barack Obama wants the U.S. to support the entire world. That would certainly make amends for all those "failed foreign policies of George Bush". And who would be responsible for accounting for all this money, so it all wouldn't end up in some dictator's corrupt hands? Of course; It would be those competent, honest people at the U.N. who would control the funding. But why does Obama keep forgetting to mention this when on the campaign trail? His selective memory knows no bounds.
Obama says 95% of Americans will receive a tax cut. But he forgets to follow up with..."but that's only for the first year" (true). Other clever omissions are; that he will reinstate the inheritance tax...and levy a carbon tax on all fossil fuel energy.
If one were to enumerate all his new policies, they need only be capable of counting to two. He deflects all questions with his two standard responses..."the failed policies of the Bush administration"...and "to talk about the change we need in this country". Sandwich these in between his criticism of the Republicans, and you've got a mountain of campaign rhetoric, which essentially reveals nothing.
Yes America; Barack Obama is destined to become the real "Nowhere Man of the Century". He was born nowhere, in college he associated with nobody, and may march into the Whitehouse riding on a platform of nothing.
